NATALIE & KYLE
They shared mutual friends, worked in the same crypto industry, and their paths almost crossed for years. They finally met at a conference in Lisbon, arriving from different corners of the globe — she from Switzerland, he from the USA.
From the event, besides new information, they “took home” each other.
Kyle knew from the very first moment that Natalie was the one.
The sign confirming his suspicions came during the proposal in Costa Rica. When Kyle knelt before Natalie at a waterfall in the middle of the forest,
two rainbows arched above their heads. “It was an unbelievable sight, like something out of a telenovela, but it really happened that way,” Kyle laughs, who was clearly aided by a higher power at that moment.
The couple sealed their love not once, but twice. The first wedding took place just eleven months after meeting, on the Danish island of Ærø.
The ceremony occurred during the COVID era, so they had no guests.
“It felt right for us at that moment, but we couldn’t deny ourselves or our loved ones a celebration together. We wanted everyone to meet;
our families hadn’t seen each other yet,” Natalie explains. Planning the grand celebration took three years, with the stunning Château Saint Martin du Tertre near Paris ultimately becoming the perfect meeting point.
The couple chose a style that combines fine art with timeless elegance. And trust us, Marie Antoinette herself wouldn’t have been ashamed of the result.
They opted for a “black tie” dress code, while the performers at the wedding wore original baroque costumes. The tables were laden with compositions of flowers like calla lilies and hydrangeas, arranged alongside moss, fruit, and vegetables.
And their stationery was adorned with the couple’s custom-made private coat of arms. Everything projected an impression of refined taste and creativity.
The ceremony took place in the afternoon,
followed by a lavish feast of French cuisine, topped off with a wedding cake taller than both the bride and groom. The rest of the evening unfolded in the spirit of a château celebration, featuring ballerinas, an acrobat, and a harpist.
The grand finale was an unforgettable firework display, underscored by music. After the wedding, Natalie and Kyle embarked on their honeymoon to Spain and then Colombia, where they spontaneously bought a house. A place that will forever remind them of this beautiful post-wedding time.
