PAVLÍNA ZAK
In her work Pavlína works with traditional goldsmith craft. Every single piece of jewellery is handmade. She puts her feelings into it and breathes life into it. For her, the whole thing is not just about decorating herself, but it is also about symbolism, memories or a new beginning. She is also involved in making custom pieces. She designs jewellery directly for its future wearer and the jewellery becomes a personal artefact.
The Birth collection is inspired by the story of Venus born from sea foam. A woman who has inspired artists for thousands of years. The jewellery from the Birth Collection tells her story. A story of beauty, tenderness and the new unknown. Pavlína believes that the mythical Venus is in each of us.
