Adél, we want to introduce you. Tell us about yourself.  

I'm a sucker for food, sweets and all things wedding. I enjoy design, which I studied at FUD UJEP and from there I freely transitioned to my passion - baking cakes. I combined all this and the brand Adie cakes was created, which has been successfully operating for 5 years as a Prague brand of originality, unique taste and tasteful cake design. At the same time, I am a professional food stylist and have my own column Sweet Spot in Albert magazine. I do a lot more than that, but then it wouldn't take 3 minutes (laughs). 

What is your signature?  

Minimalism, clean lines, wild floral motifs, new forms.  

Why weddings?    

After all, it's best to participate in making people happy!  

What's your favorite cake or dessert to make?  

Tough question! I have a relationship with each, but my avocado tartlets are probably the most special to me.  

Your favourite cake, dessert?  

Brownies.  

The season that inspires you the most?   

Every season is an inspiration for me because I create with seasonal ingredients in mind.  

Favorite holiday destination?  

Northern Spain and anywhere outside the country.  

Favourite book?  

Currently Eclair by Garu Haru.  

Favourite film?  

Gentlemen.  

Favourite childhood fairy tale?  

The Last Unicorn.  

Favorite food?  

Lasagna, chicken paprikash, my mom's chinese.  

What are you into? (guilty pleasure)   

Netflix.
