ZIMOVI.
Jitka and Martin chose a snowy outfit for their wedding. "Without much thought, we decided in late October and early November, and by December we were married!" The ceremony took place literally in the snowdrifts in the Šumava Mountains, where the winter is beautifully white. "We wanted Šumava from the beginning, because we consider it our second home," says Jitka, adding with humour that even the time of the wedding had its justification - the newlyweds' joint surname is Zimovi. The ceremony was only for the immediate family. The decision to get married was spontaneous, and so was the whole day. During the preparations, everyone embraced what was closest to them. As a musician by profession, Martin took care of the music. It was important for both brides-to-be that the wedding took place in a pleasant and stress-free atmosphere. The wedding cake, cupcakes and wedding rings were provided by friends of the newlyweds, as well as the wedding photographer. The reception was held at the U Heřmanů cottage in Kvilda. The wedding day in white had a harmonious, almost intimate touch, but the newlyweds did not miss the party with their friends. They organized it in Prague in January.
