There's a story behind everything. The wet look of the bride's hair, because with wet hair she went to school after training, where she met her fiancé eleven years ago. The rings made of carbon fiber because it's used to make boats and paddles and Linda represented the Czech Republic in whitewater rafting. Duct tape as an afterthought and to attach the flower corsage, because what else would fix the boat quickly. Linda and Marcel's wedding was full of such small details and reminiscences. The couple had been preparing the elaborate ceremony for 130 guests on the roof of Prague's Lucerna Palace for nearly six months. Linda is a designer and Marcel is a musician, they are surrounded by a lot of skilful friends and each of them helped to make the wedding a reality with a piece of their talent. "When we think back to the beginning of the planning, we are relieved to know that such a big wedding with all our friends and family is the best concept of a wedding that could ever be. Of course, no one told us, and we didn't read in any handbooks, that organizing a wedding is a huge stress test that a couple has to go through together and in turn push their relationship a little further. Because we live abroad, we were in much closer contact with friends and family because of the organisation, which was very nice. In retrospect we probably wouldn't have done anything differently, we were very lucky, our wedding day was probably the most beautiful day of our lives," the newlyweds praise. Together until the last star falls. The sentence that became the leitmotif of the whole wedding: it was printed on the invitation, the bride had it embroidered on her dress and it concluded their wedding vows. So don't let your stars go out!
