By the way, in Jurkovič's villa, where we captured the bride, the boudoir in the sense of a purely female chamber or dressing room would not be found, of course; the villa was built in 1906 as a prototype of the modern family residence as we know it more or less to this day. As is Dusan Jurkovic's own style, the villa abounds with distinctive patterns and details from vernacular architecture. Their lines are written all the way down to us, and the neon outlines shine from the pages like a living legacy of the genius creator. Go to the villa, which is managed by the Moravian Gallery in Brno, to see their charm.
