FLOWER COLOUR THEORY
FLOWER COLOUR THEORY
A book about flower arranging.
Michael and Darroch Putnam founded their floral design studio in 2014 in New York City and quickly became sought-after florists for fashion shows, weddings, installations, parties or photo shoots. Their work has been featured in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Martha Stewart Living, Town & Country, W Magazine and Elle Décor. They have collaborated with Dior, Cartier, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jason Wu and Brandon Maxwell, among others. Flower Colour Theory is the only guide that uses colour theory as inspiration for flower arranging. The book contains 175 arrangements that show countless ways to combine flowers of different hues. Everything is based on colour schemes including analogous, complementary, monochromatic, triadic, transitional and accent colours.
